New Jeep! Excellent experience! I recently visited Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep Dodge hoping to get into a new Jeep Wrangler Sport S. When I walked into the dealership, the staff were fri I recently visited Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep Dodge hoping to get into a new Jeep Wrangler Sport S. When I walked into the dealership, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was invited to relax in a comfortable seating area while I waited for my appointment. I was greeted by several staff members while I waited. My appointment was with Paul Mugford. Immediately, I noticed how approachable he was. We had initially corresponded through email and he found exactly what I was looking for. We test drove the jeep and several of my questions were answered with enthusiastic and knowledgeable responses. During a brief wait between interactions, I was provided with delicious coffee and sat in a very comfortable and inviting lounge area. After the test drive, I was introduced to Brent Jewers, the Sales Manager. Paul and Brent ensured that every question and concern was addressed before moving forward with any purchase. I was guided through the service department and felt very confident that I had found not only my desired vehicle, but that I would be a satisfied customer with any maintenance/service needs in the future. The same day, I was introduced to Laura Yorke, Business Manager. Once again, another friendly face. Laura has a way to make you feel at ease and like you are a welcomed friend. Her knowledge about the fine details made decision making a breeze. I left the dealership last week with my dream Jeep! I love it! I would not change anything about my experience at Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep Dodge and look forward to seeing the team again in the future.
