2nd Vehicle I just completed my 2nd new vehicle purchase from Dartmouth Dodge and in both cases I was not in the market for a new vehicle, with my most recent tra I just completed my 2nd new vehicle purchase from Dartmouth Dodge and in both cases I was not in the market for a new vehicle, with my most recent trade-in being not quite 2 and a half years old. Originally I began using Dartmouth Dodge solely for their quick service bay for oil changes and tire rotations, and mainly because of the evening hours and convenience to my home. I enjoyed excellent service and friendly people in this department, and that alone made me consider moving my business from my previous dealership. While I want to focus on my most recent sales experience I believe it is important to provide some background and to also admit that I find purchasing a vehicle is about the least enjoyable chore there is. As a result, I really put a lot of pressure on the people involved in the experience and expect a certain level of service, both in the sales process and, more importantly, after the sale from the service team. New vehicles account for a significant chunk of most people’s monthly budget and having car problems is disappointing. How my dealership manages that experience is a big factor for me. Honestly, if I made my decision to purchase from this dealership on my interactions with the service department, I’d likely not have considered a 2nd purchase. My first sales person had moved on to a new role within the company and my “file” was given to Wayne. Based on a very brief introductory call from Wayne, and the relationship I had with my previous sales person I reached out to ask a few questions and arranged to drop in that weekend to look at what was available. I found Wayne to be professional and engaging, and listened to my concerns, needs, and expectations. As I wasn’t really in a place of needing to trade vehicles I was clear that I didn’t want to waste his time and take him away from someone who he could sell a vehicle to if we weren’t going to make a deal, and in turn I didn’t expect him to waste my time by trying to sell me something I wasn’t interested in or couldn’t afford. I like Wayne’s direct manner and felt that he had my interests in mind and presented me with several great options and worked to provide me with a number of vehicles that fit both my needs and budget. I never felt pressured to purchase, and Wayne was consultative throughout the process. When we did arrive at a vehicle that I was happy with and noticed an issue with it, he took ownership and made sure that it was addressed to my satisfaction. I was involved throughout the interaction and never left waiting for information. If Wayne told me he’d do something or set an expectation, it was done without added effort on my part. When we agreed on the vehicle and moved ahead with the deal, Wayne handed me off to JR, who continued with the customer experience that I expected and the final steps of the purchase were completed with absolutely no surprises. Anyone in the market for a new vehicle would be very well served by giving Wayne a call. It is 100% clear that Wayne makes customer service his first priority; if the service team steps up when/if needed throughout my time with this vehicle, I will certainly be looking forward to working with Wayne Cobb on my next purchase. Pleased with the salesman I dealt with Bryan Steele and found he was very helpful with my search for a replacement vehicle. He was patient and not rude when I told him I was looking at several vehicles some of which were not Chrysler/Jeep. He did his best to answer all my questions and when he didn't know the answer he spoke with someone that could answer my question to my satisfaction. I usually don't trust salespersons, especially car salespersons but felt that Bryan was honest with me. He had the vehicle ready on time and went through a checklist to ensure everything was covered. When I had questions about the wiring of the electric brake controller he made sure I had what was needed to install my controller. He followed up the sale by contacting me 2 days after to ensure everything was okay with the vehicle. I was presented with the option to purchase extended warranty from Arlene LeBlanc. I had many questions about this and she answered everyone of them. I really like the fact that there was a $2,000 rebate and 0% financing for 60 months. With regards to the vehicle, the only complaint I have at this time is one that plagues all North American built cars, they do not know how to install a solid feeling door that closes with a gentle pull. More

I after not hearing anything for 5 days and not answering my calls, I went back an met a new salesman Wayne Cobb. What an awesome man. Honest, Friendly and very Knowledgeable. As I am planning to tow a travel trailer (first time), he explained a lot of stuff that I had no idea. After some bartering back and forth, I brought in my heavy gun (Wife). Some more bartering and he brought in his heavy gun Mike. Another awesome man. We ended up with an awesome deal at an awesome price for an awesome vehicle. Then I got do deal with Arlene. She was fantastic and friendly made me feel very relaxed and confidant. Got my approval very quickly. All in All was a great and friendly experience with the folks. More

I purchased a Wrangler Unlimited from Michael in 2015, Michael and Doug went out of their way to find me the exact Jeep I was looking for in another province and had it transferred in. Although it has been nearly two years since purchasing my Jeep, Michael always makes sure to day Hi and check in with me whenever I am in the dealership. Tom in service recently went out of his way to ensure my new rims were carefully installed, on time and at a great price. Every time I've purchased a vehicle I've always found my time wasted going back and forth between the sales person and the manager. Being told that there was absolutely no more wiggle room only to have them discount the vehicle last minute to have me purchase it. That was not the case with Louis and my overal experience with Dartmouth Dodge. They were extremely forthcoming and truthful with all of the information they provided. I felt as if they were working "with" me to get a deal done. They truely wanted both parties (myself and the dealership) to walk out of the deal happy. I would highly recommend Louis and Dartmouth Dodge to anyone I know looking to buy a used or a new vehicle. More
