I had an 11;00 "appointment" for an oil change, was told there were many customers ahead of me, car was done at 1:00. Have been a customer at Dams for 19 years, bought my car there!!! Yes my car is old eno there were many customers ahead of me, car was done at 1:00. Have been a customer at Dams for 19 years, bought my car there!!! Yes my car is old enough to vote but I look after it. Then had to find my car within the car sales lot , blocked in by other customer cars and it had not been washed!!! Was told car washes need to be prearranged, not necessarily complimentary. OMG, a 19 year customer. More
