I bought my CX-5 at this dealership in 2014 and have been servicing it here ever since, as inconvenient as it is for an 'eastside' resident. I appreciate how Culver City Mazda uses technology to keep customers informed, like the email copy of the repair order and link to a thorough Inspection video from the service technician that shows and explains the work being done, and any issues identified. I also appreciated being notified in the link of items needing "Immediate Attention" with pricing info, and those needing "Attention Soon." There were some issues with Lyft service to the dealer, but they were quickly resolved by John and the very nice service receptionist. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received from Culver City Mazda. More
