Salesperson Mark Johnson was absolutely wonderful to work with. His knowledge and presentaion of the various vehicles was outstanding. Mark couldn't have been nicer. In fact, all of the staff we worked with were most courteous and congenial and did not act as if they were in a hurry to get us out the door or pressure us to make decisions in any way. It was most appreciated as our time to purchase a vehicle was short and critical, but a very big decision. Yousef Assaf was also very friendly and accomodating while working out the final price. Mike Cunningham presented information about the financing and protection plans very clearly. He was also very personable and even helpful with local information. He helped us in making decisions about the options as we are new to Canada, having just moved from Florida, and were not sure of the conditions a vehicle will undergo here. The group helped us when we had trouble getting the plates because of coming from the US and not documented as residents at that point. And they had everything installed and ready in a timely manner, even though they had to locate a vehicle that met our requests. All said, we couldn't be happier with the pleasant and efficient service we experienced. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Sunshine Toyota. More

I have given a great review to this dealership because they did everything to make my experience with them a great experience, even though we had so many set backs. When I first arrived Jim greater me rig they did everything to make my experience with them a great experience, even though we had so many set backs. When I first arrived Jim greater me right at the door and spent about an hour helping me find the Toyota that best suited my needs. First he got me to try out the different vehicles until I found the right one. Then he and Yousef helped me find the right price. They were both very patient and indulgent. However, once they received my cheque, things went down hill, through no fault of their own. At first their delivery manager got me into the body shop that same day so that they could apply my platinum protection package and be able to drive away in my brand new truck that same day. I was supper happy. We made an appointment to pick up my truck at 5 pm and I left happy. However, the body shop banged up my truck. I was furious. I explained to them that I had cancelled my insurance and had until midnight to drive. They resolved this by getting me a very comfortable rental. They got the rental place to waive my credit card and certain fees. They then got the autobody shop to replace the roof of my new truck with a new roof. Here I was perfectly satisfied. However a family emergency that evening cased me to have to travel the next day. To accommodate me they stayed late waiting for me to come and drop off the rental and then offered me a ride to the airport, in a large comfortable car. I will be comming back to Toyota in 2 years for my next trade in. More

Ron was fantastic! He answered all my questions I had without any hesitation. It was great to have a sales rep. who was able to have an A and B conversation with me and not just 1 sided on their part. without any hesitation.
