Good morning, I spoke with our Service Manager and we are truly sorry that there was a hole put in the tire, it was an accident. The service department tried to get a replacement tire the same day, but there were no tires available until Monday. We would have provided you with a rental vehicle, unfortunately the rental company was closed, so we provided you with a vehicle to allow you both to have transportation over the weekend. Our service department has a policy to ask each customer whether they would like synthetic or regular oil on each visit. Your truck was in our service department on three occasions and on the second visit to our service department we did an oil change and there was regular oil put in, we are unable to determine what happened since this happened May of 2015. We do understand that you are upset and we sincerely apologize for our mistake. We would like to offer you a complimentary synthetic oil and filter change along with a voucher for car washes for your vehicle. We hope that you both will accept our apology and continue to service your truck with us. We really do appreciate your business.
