Because I am probably one of the more younger customers he has dealt with, I wasn't as knowledgeable about vehicles and he was very good at making sure I understood everything and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that this was my 1st car. However, from the the first telephone call to book a service appointment I was impressed by Rachel and her friendly, professional manner. This experience continued through the entire service experience - from the technician I took a road test with to Rachel keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle. Even though my vehicle was in longer than initially promised - I didn't mind considering I appreciated the fact that the intent seemed to be to make sure the vehicle was fixed right. Plus I did have a rental car which obviously reduced the impact of not having my own vehicle. Thanks again to Rachel and the team for taking care of my GTI!! More
