I have since visited a different VW dealer in the area, just for convenience, for some routine maintenance. My experience there was so negative, I will never go back. I will go out of my way to go back to Crosby for any work done on my current vehicle, and I will have no problems returning there for my next purchase. A wonderful experience all around. More

After contemplating for a long period of time, in regards to which direction to go in as far as choosing the right dealership and service, I decided to go with Crosby Volkswagen. My gut feeling was that it was a family run business, and having found out that they have been around for quiet some time, it seemed to me that they must have been doing something right. And boy was I ever right! My initial contact in the dealership was with a European young man called Alex. I could already tell that he was very passionate about the work he was doing, as the extent of his car knowledge was second to none. He took pride and confidence working for the Crosbys and had me sold on the car before I even took it out for a test drive. Been back for an oil change since, and those boys do not disappoint in any aspect of their department. My car came out clean and washed with new oil and reflection shine. Keep up the good work Crosby's and your employees. I will make sure to visit again them again when I am in the market for a new vehicle. More

Since I was purchasing a branch new Tiguan, there was going to be a 3 weeks wait period, but due to unexpected delay in shipment i didn't get my car for about 5 week. Deon offered a rental for the wait period and coverd all the costs. Jeremiah and Deon went out of their way to accommodate me till i got my new car. Next came the financing, Andrea was also very knowledgeable and made what can be the worst part of a vehicle purchase very easy and painless, she explained all of our options and worked hard to make our deal happen just the way we wanted.
