Great Customer Service I was super stressed about finding a new car. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond at making me feel comfortable. I am loving my new Ford Focus! One of the most amazing things I experienced was when Dan drove all the way across the city to my place of work to bring me windshield washer because they forgot to give it to me when I picked it up. If that isn't customer service I don't know what is! Matt was also great to work with. Together we worked to get my payment where I wanted it. He never pressured me to buy anything extra but also was very throughout about some extra 'benefits' I might want. I feel safe and secure knowing my money and my car is in good hands at Ford! More

There was some miscommunication between the original quote and billed price as the sales agent changed, however Zach went to great efforts to represent my best interests on my behalf to ensure things worked out. As a woman who knows nothing about cars and need the best, no bull sales talk advice about the car,I felt intimidated and wanted to walk out the deale As a woman who knows nothing about cars and need the best, no bull sales talk advice about the car,I felt intimidated and wanted to walk out the dealership,but then was approached by this friendly guy Moe,who immediately told me I came to the right place and that he would do his utmost to find my dream car, that he could answer all my questions and have the rest of the day to help me and show me around and that I can test drive as many cars as I wanted.I immediately felt I was in good hands and started enjoying all the info he gave me as I looked at a few cars that appealed to me..He listened to my needs as I have scoliosis and have had 8 spine surgeries so needed to feel comfortable sitting in a car driving for more than an hour.What a pleasant knowledgeable young man Moe is and very considerate of my problem..He was in no rush to close the deal and offered me sound advice and told me that he was there to help me find the right car for my needs.For a first time buyer what an awesome experience..I sure will be back and recommend Moe for sure to family and friends.
