Totally unhappy with how my service and pricing was handled. Asked to check my defrost as heat was coming out the vents. Price was $145.00 for the diagnostic. Part had to be ordered 7 to 10 days before handled. Asked to check my defrost as heat was coming out the vents. Price was $145.00 for the diagnostic. Part had to be ordered 7 to 10 days before arrival. Will be charged again for labor when part arrives for install. Second charge was for another diagnostic as my wiper blades would come on in the off position. Charge $145.00. Wiper blade motor needs replacing. Motor not available with no estimate of availability. Total cost $290.00 plus tax. Charged two hours of labor for both issues. This is just another money maker by Ford. I would expect these cots should go against the parts being installed. Let me know if I am not understanding this. I would be more than happy to discuss further with management. Looking forward to your reply. More
