Sales staff treated poorly I visited this dealership on January 16th for service. I have been a customer here for many years. I originally bought my vehicle from Mitch. Whi I visited this dealership on January 16th for service. I have been a customer here for many years. I originally bought my vehicle from Mitch. While I was waiting for my car to be finished, I was in the waiting room and walking around the show room. During this time I witnessed the male who came out of the large office titled 'General Sales Manager' walk over to a sales person (Nick) and speak very disrespectfully to him. I could tell that Nick was very uncomfortable with the conversation and even more so because I heard what was being said. The general sales manager spoke in a tone that was arrogant and frankly shouldn't have been used in a public, business setting. I was disgusted and had to walk away. Shortly after when I was leaving the dealership I saw this same person outside the door smoking with another person. I will not return to this dealership again, and will have to decide whether to take my business to Milton or Brampton. More

May increase the risk of a fire" Called Concept Ford in Georgetown and was told they could not do the repair until the Engine light came on. My concern was that it might cause a fire in my garage. The employee spoke with the Manger and she also said to wait for the engine light to come on. Called Ford Canada Head Office and they said the dealership should honor the recall. Called Concept Ford back and again was told to wait for the engine light to come on, meaning the fuel delivery module had deleloped a crack. Called Gallinger Ford in Milton and they will call me when the parts are in and set up an appointment. That is how custmoer service should be done . Thank you Gallinger Ford. Well worth the drive to Milton. Ford Concept has just lost my business and my daughters business. More

Shoddy Quality Control The vehicle was brought in for work in the engine compartment. Although I still not agree that the work was necessary, what is far worse is that the The vehicle was brought in for work in the engine compartment. Although I still not agree that the work was necessary, what is far worse is that the mechanic left a 3lbs ballpeen hammer on the battery and a small pry bar. It is by pure luck that I opened the hood a week later and found the hammer, just sitting loosely on the battery. It could have fallen and damaged the belt or radiator, or even worse fallen off the truck and caused an accident. A couple weeks later, I found the pry bar wedged near the coil spring of the front wheel. When I confronted the dealer, they said Sorry but nobody got hurt. And they wanted their tools back. They did not offer any compensation and did not care! I am not going back. Go somewhere else for service! More

We purchased ours at Meadowvale Ford and when the car was in for service the last time they switched them behind our back without our permission. When I asked that it be changed back they said they would comply but to this day have done nothing. Is the value of advertising on a plate cover really worth the loss of a customer? Poor Service = Poor Customer I have been going to this dealer for service because it is close to me and in a small town where I expected friendlier service. I have brought the vehicle 4 times for the same issue, front clunking. The first three times, they could not do anything as they could not reproduce the sound. On the fourth visit, they advise that the slip yoke was the cause and needed lubrication. On that visit, the advisor recommended spark plug change (a hefty fee - 500$CDN). The next day, I had serious shuddering of engine. Now they are charging 700 for CVT solenoid. Vehicle never had isse. When confronted with advisor, the advisor knows nothing about vehicle. She had to go back and check with other. Dealer refused to acknowledge that they may have triggered the problem. Service is always awful there as they look at you like an idiot with money. Never going there again. More
