Here's a deal for ya... 2010 car listed there for $27488.00 with "wiggle room" in the price. You know that famous line of "wiggle room"? LOL! Then comes their oh so realistic offer for our trade in, 2014 Charger with 12,000kms on it in new condition - $15K LOL! A car that we had 3 other dealer offers of $20k for it one of which was, you guessed it, Columbia Dodge from our first visit a month ago! Then after I laugh at them and tell them that, they magically want to give us $20k for it 5 minutes later! But as for the "wiggle room" for the 2010? Oh geez we can't do that, it's the lowest priced car in Canada of course! Probably the universe. I get more wiggle room from my xxx in the morning. So had we jumped on their first unbelievably fair offer we would have paid upwards of about 7K OVER the asking price! DUUUUUH OK BOSS WE'LL TAKE THAT DEAL!!! I could go on but in the end we presented them with a proper, fair price in which case they didn't want anything to do with. They'd rather just wait for the next chump that they hope will overpay for their already overpriced cars. The whole experience was a joke as is Columbia Dodge. BTW clean up the million smoke butts and garbage along the north side of your lot. At least try to show a bit of class. It's friggin' disgusting. I'd give a star rating but there's no minus column. Worse dealership in town. M.I.B.B. Worse dealership in town. I bought a brand new mini van from there and started have engine problem after 3 weeks. Took it back and was treat M.I.B.B. Had the same problem after 2 weeks, again i was given the same treatment. had my van in service for 1 week. Having the same problem the 3rd, took it in again and still given given the same lousy treatment. People there don't know customer service skills. They are there just to take your money. The sales person i dealt with did not give me all the information i needed. I made a big mistake by buying from there. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR ELSE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! More

I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and bring in many recommendations that have ended in sales for these fools yet management still shows me snobby attitude whenever I go in for service or to buy another vehicle. I can't forget to mention how xxxx the prices are. You can walk into any other dealership and get a better deal than what this dealership offers. Recently, I went in to purchase a couple new vehicles and got the same xxxxty service as always. Now, let me take a moment and mention the reason I kept going back; The salesman I deal with is awesome and tries to do everything he can to help me and make sure I get the best deal possible, but the management on the other hand are a bunch of stuck up pieces of xxxx that need to be re evaluated and fired! One particular manager that stands out as a complete xxxxxxx is JON. He took our deposit, backed out of the original agreement and vehicle we had agreed upon and tried to give me a vehicle that was convenient for him. Then when we questioned him and asked for our deposit back, he continued to SWEAR at us on the phone and threatened to not return our money. JON, your a piece of xxxx that doesn't know customer service skills at all and I hope your higher ups read this review and re- consider having you represent their dealership. I feel bad for the sales men there, most of them are honestly super nice. But that doesn't matter if the management sucks xxxxx. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
