Hala (Sales Rep), was amazing, allowing us to test drive both vehicles and discussing the differences. Hala wanted to make sure we picked the car suited to our needs. Hala was very considerate of my mother, allowing her to sit and keeping her company while my trade-in vehicle was being looked at (thank you for being so kind). Ryan (GM), was very friendly, personable and easy to talk to through this process as well as Tyler (Finance), who helped explain the $$$, what was being charged/credited, why a charge was there, Tyler's patience was amazing and supportive during the insurance process. Jim (Car Delivery) was amazing, Jim is easy going and you can tell he loves his job very much so. Jim was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and understood my new vehicle (yes the brownies are on there way lol). I have to say the team that looked after me was excellent at what they do, I am very glad I am dealing with Charlesglen!! More

We were treated with respect from first contact through vehicle delivery. The sales team was open and honest, with nothing hidden. They didn't employ any of the high pressure sales tactics like so many dealers do. It actually felt like we were working together to get the best deal possible. Finance department was on the ball with the same level of service. Jim did an amazing job walking us through the vehicles features and getting us all set up during vehicle delivery. He was also a hit with our three little ones ages 5, 4, and 1.5. Hands down the best dealership we've ever experienced! Check them out. More

When we went to pick up the vehicle we were late, and are sorry for the delay but Jim was smiling and understood, then he proceeded to take us to his dungeon--which he said we'd not return from-- but did, much wiser about that amazing vehicle I purchased. He explained everything from Bluetooth to engine. Then we went up to financing and again received amazing service with a smile. I'd recommend this dealership to all my friends. Thank you!!! More

Used vehicle purchase for my 17 year old daughter I have been a customer of Charlesglen Toyota since January 2009 and have never once had a negative experience. It only made sense to start my search h I have been a customer of Charlesglen Toyota since January 2009 and have never once had a negative experience. It only made sense to start my search here for a car for my 17 year old daughter. She needed a vehicle with AWD , or a 4 wheel drive option, at a low price point, that was up-to-date in all it's maintenance, preferably no more than 180,000 kms. I started by browsing on-line for used vehicles through the Charleglen Toyota website and was immediately helped via an on-line chat. I was sent a list of available vehicles that fit my criteria and set up an appointment for viewing / test drives. The end result was the purchase of a 2003 Jeep Liberty limited edition. We were so happy to have found a vehicle that fit our requirements within our price range (it even included a remote starter !!). The vehicle history and inspection record was fully disclosed at no charge. The wheels had very low tread but were replaced at the dealership with virtually brand new tires at no additional cost. I used my points accumulated through the dealership to bring down the cost another $1,800. I will come back to this dealership for the purchase of my next vehicle for sure :-) More
