Great To Deal With I live a distance from the dealership and Steve answered my inquiry. I was looking at just one car I found on, I think, Auto Trader. Exchanged emails I live a distance from the dealership and Steve answered my inquiry. I was looking at just one car I found on, I think, Auto Trader. Exchanged emails with Steve outlining my expectations, trade in details etc. Seemed like we weren't far off from a deal. Visited the dealership, negotiated and bought the car in one visit. Steve was great through the negotiation and Sky (Sales Manager that evening) came to the table. I am not a fan of the whole car buying process but I feel these gentlemen treated me very fairly. Had a small technical problem with some sensors about 2 weeks after taking delivery of the car and Steve worked with Amar to resolve the problem, no charge. That speaks volumes to me. Would definitely recommend. More

Service hours poor for working folks! Dealership service is only open from 8-5 Mon-Fri. So if you live far away or you don't have a flexible work situation and your car needs work, expect Dealership service is only open from 8-5 Mon-Fri. So if you live far away or you don't have a flexible work situation and your car needs work, expect repairs to take a long time! Even when I managed time off work, I came in for the appointment and they did nothing on my car. Time gets wasted, so make sure your new buy won't need any kind of service, otherwise, find a more accommodating dealer! You'd think they'd supply a rental to make up for the poor service hours, like other dealerships do, but that exercise is like pulling teeth, and no luck so far... More
