Michelle was our Christmas Gift - Thank you !! We were faced with purchasing a pre-owned vehicle after my wife's vehicle was written off from an accident. The purchase was unexpected and we definitely had budget constraints due to the insurance company. I spent a weekend on line, and sent out a number of requests to view pre-owned vehicles and test drive them. Of the 6 dealers I contacted only 2 bothered to contact me on the Monday morning for me to arrange a test drive. Imagine my luck when one of the dealers that contacted me was Capital GMC Buick. Michelle Soupal had the vehicle warmed up and ready for me at 3:15 sharp, just as I requested. She was friendly, professional and lent a sympathetic ear to my challenges with the insurance company. I was test driving a Hyundai Tuscon, and she had actually worked for them a few year back, so was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase and explained all the features to me. Because it was the week of Christmas, hours were quite limited, but Michelle offered to come in to meet with me and my wife, even though she was off, and went the extra mile to ensure that the car was ready for pick up on December 27 for us. She stayed in contact with me by text throughout the holiday to ensure that we got exactly what we needed and when we needed it. A great big THANK YOU to Michelle for making our first experience with Capital GMC such an excellent one. No Loaner for a recall - 2015 Yukon Spent over $4,000 on tires and rims that day and had a recall performed on transmission. Could slip into neutral unexpectedly. Was told loaner vehicles were only given/rental paid for a recall that was a safety hazard. Slipping into neutral unexpectedly is a safety hazard in my books. Rental cost me just $40 but thought a reputable dealer would at least loan you a vehicle for the day. Have owned Mercedes and Infinity and have had no problems with loaner vehicles. More
