Pleasant, courteous and brief I had an appointment to change my winter tires to summer, get an oil change and to check out a clicking noise from the front left tire. Minutes after I enjoyed my free coffee, I was informed that the wrong tires had been pulled from storage and I would have to return a couple of days later....'stuff happens'. The oil change went ahead and so did the noise check. I was told the installation of the tires would not be charged and was apologized to.... Overall experience was good. More

The day we went to pick up the vehicle, add on that we paid for were not installed, we had to return a few days later and we were told it would be 1.5 wait, we ended up waiting 2.5 hours. Then we had to return again after a few phone calls to the finance person to get the proper paperwork for certain warranties. Brian in the service department was the best person I have ever dealt with in any service dept, he was a pleasure to deal with. I am grateful that in the future I will only have any dealings with the service dept and not the sales dept. When you make one of the largest purchases in your life you should receive great service from all departments. More

Went on the weekend to CAPITOL Dodge and got a true quote. On my original sales receipt the labour costs were increased then decreased to show a substantial savings. After many emails I was passed to Kyle. His explanation was that the weekend staff didn't know what they were doing end of story. Great customer service Kyle. When we picked up our jeep, there were no surprises. The mechanical work requested was all done as we had hoped and we left the dealership feeling very glad we decided to purchase from this location. High Admin and Gas charges I first should let you know I sold cars for a few years, new and used, so I am quite familiar with the process. I researched my purchase on Car Cost C I first should let you know I sold cars for a few years, new and used, so I am quite familiar with the process. I researched my purchase on Car Cost Canada and had a very good view on the cost of the vehicle I wanted as well as the value I wanted for my trade in. Having talked to the salesman and ironed out the details I explained the vehicle I would accept was located 250km from them and if they could not find one closer I would assist in travelling to the other dealership to pick it up. After making our deal on the price I was then taken to the F&I Office (Finance & Insurance) that is when I was informed of a $90.00 charge for gas, (51litre tank) and an Administration Fee of $995.00. Dealer took almost 2 weeks to confirm the vehicle I had already located for them was available and a further 1 week to pick it up and get it ready for me to take delivery. My salesperson had quit the dealership before I took delivery and on the day of my delivery the gas tank was empty and I had to ask for it to be filled. I know if I had treated my customer the way my deal was handled I would not expect to ever sell them another vehicle especially with almost a THOUSAND DOLLAR FEE FOR PAPERWORK! More
