Terrible dealership go elsewhere I bought this vehicle under the clause that my vehicle went through s thorough checklist to ensure it was in fine condition when I picked it up. There were many things that were overlooked as if the person completing the survey didn't even check on the vehicle. That really bothered me and no apology was made. I have to go there for services and the services are bare minimal and very inconsistent. The service was 100x's more consistent at my old Hyundai dealership. Don't waste your time here More

Excellent service for 9 years In 2008 we bought a new Sequoia and since, have had all service done through Canyon Creek Toyota. We have been impressed over and over by the thoroug In 2008 we bought a new Sequoia and since, have had all service done through Canyon Creek Toyota. We have been impressed over and over by the thorough, accomodating, efficient & caring staff. This week, we had a small item that needed service and Lawrence & team were top notch again. Our Sequoia has 311 000 km on it and it runs as good as ever. We enjoy driving our Sequoia and working with Canyon Creek has added to the quality of our experience with a Toyota vehicle. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PURCHASE OF NEW VEHICLE Despite being assured we would not be getting the showroom vehicle, which we noticed had scratches and chips, after we signed all the documents and ga Despite being assured we would not be getting the showroom vehicle, which we noticed had scratches and chips, after we signed all the documents and gave them the cheque we discovered it in fact was the showroom vehicle. It was not disclosed to us we were getting the showroom vehicle until we pointed out how we could prove that it was. We were told they would fix the chips and scratches and because we could not wait for another vehicle we were forced to accept the showroom vehicle and bring it in at a later date to have the work done. Also, they did not have the vehicle ready with the rear cargo mat and the stone guard on the front. More
They offered to pick me up and then left me waiting. I had my 2017 RAV4 in for service yesterday and agreed to leave the car for the day. I was called at 4:30pm to say the vehicle was ready and I was asked if I needed a ride and when I said yes I was told the driver would call when he was on his way. I waited and waited and finally called the dealership at 6:30pm to find out when I my ride would be coming. At that time I was told they were very busy but that they would get to me. Having heard nothing by 7:30pm I called again only to be told that everyone had gone home. The person I spoke to said that she would be putting a note on the manager's desk advising him of my situation and asking to call me the next morning at 7:30am. In keeping with my experience thus far I didn't receive a call, so at 8:00am I called again and was told all their drivers were out but that someone would eventually arrive. I did finally get a lift to pick up my car. I know that screw-ups happen but the measure of a good service organization is the recovery. If I had treated a customer this way I would have made sure that his subsequent experience was a good as possible, in this case no one in the service centre apologized for disrupting our day (my wife had to cancel an appointment because she couldn't make it on time), my vehicle was sitting out all night instead of sitting in my garage and so it was still covered with snow when I picked it up. I guess customer service is an afterthought in this centre........................ former Canyon Creek customer.... An addendum, not 10 minutes after I posted this review I received a call from the manager apologizing for the mix up, a bit late but at least he recognized the seriousness of their error...... More
Service took too long!! They only had to put the winter tires on, which were already on rims and a recall. If we had a concern with any of our vehicles Mr. Moran would work the issue out with the service advisor or any other area of the dealership. From a sales perspective Mr. Moran is outstanding. He didn't force you to purchase a vehicle you didn't want, He worked you to find the best car for your requirements. He also didn't push options on you, he would explain the options that are available and let you decide. Mr. Moran is a "go to car man" that will be there for you and makes sure your happy now and in the future. If you have a family Mr. Moran will be there to meet your requirements for the family. More

I got a free lantern and snow brush which I found very handy as where I am from it doesn't snow. I highly recommend this auto shop Toyota Canyon Creek. they even washed my Rav4 More
