Awful experience I was in the market for a new SUV for my family and decided on a Kia. We brought our daughter with us to do a test drive to make sure she fit comfortably with her car seat. We sat in the waiting area for half hour before we were acknowledged (there was no one else there, so it wasn’t because they were busy). After deciding on the vehicle we wanted we asked for an exact quote for the vehicle and were told unless we committed to buying one they could only give us the online price. We felt rushed and as though we weren’t being taken seriously. We bought our last vehicle at this location and had a great experience with the previous manager which is why we returned. After this experience we left and went to a different location where we were given an exact quote and bought our 2018 sorento that day. Even though we are in Cambridge, we will be going else where for our service needs. More

My family has bought 4 cars from her and everyone is extremely happy with Elke. More
Poor customer service from the service person at front desk I understand that Kia Cambridge is in a transition with new ownership I hope this works out and that whoever works on the service desk booking appoint I understand that Kia Cambridge is in a transition with new ownership I hope this works out and that whoever works on the service desk booking appointments is let go. Service manager is excellent at putting out fires, he has to be his front desk person is useless. This is the 3rd poor experience with the same person over a 3 month period. More

Last year I called because my car's was digging up as soon as I turned the heat on. They laughed at me when I called with the problem didn't believe me (2016 kia soul, so many souls with the same problem ) it ntil I brought it I. And they found leaves and grass stuck in drainage well. And now I went there for a bolts recall ( which I booked weeks ago and they told me it takes an hour) they said oh yeah we in inspected it it needs a replacement, which we already knew they asked for my vin number, but they run out of parts last week. It is a joke service department. Never going back again More

On Sept 18, 2017, his vehicle made a strange noise and stalled. Replacing the battery and starter did not help the situation with the car. After contacting Kia Canada as there was a recall on the vehicle due to engine problems, Kia had the car towed to Cambridge Kia at no cost to us. Cambridge Kia diagnosed the car on Sept 19, 2017, with a seized engine and it was subject to the recall RC 109. The Service manager was fantastic and set up my son in a rental car and we were told that the engine was on back order and it would probably be be over a month for the repair. On Sept 19, 2017, I went to the dealer and spoke to Jack the technician and he stated that he had the engine out of the vehicle and they had a brand new engine. Jack had the engine installed by 5:00 p.m. that day and my son got his car back. Jack was very helpful and forthright. At no time did we have any issues with the dealer or Kia Canada. They were extremely helpful and assisted us. I would highly recommend this dealer for service on your Kia vehicle. Rick Markell More

Engine light I purchased my car in March 2017. In less that 2 weeks I started having issues with the engine light After 5 visits they still have not 'finished' t I purchased my car in March 2017. And now stating that because it is a new owner they don't have to honour the warrenty! I don't expect to see this review posted. As I don't feel they are trustworthy. Don't buy here! More
Excellent Customer Service My experience at Cambridge Kia was second to none, from my initial contact with my salesperson Rhyan Bailey through to the completion of my purchase w My experience at Cambridge Kia was second to none, from my initial contact with my salesperson Rhyan Bailey through to the completion of my purchase with David Woodall and everyone I had contact with in-between. Numerous employees would ask if I needed anything while waiting at the various stages of purchase up to and including the day of receipt of my car. Unfortunately one of the options (tinted windows) could not be completed before picking up the car however they explained this to me when I arrived and then presented me with several dates to complete the process and allowed me to select the day which best suited me. During the delivery process Rhyan went over all of the relevant options and how to operate them in addition he set up my phone in sync with the car and explained the navigation system to me in language that I could understand. More
