Sale rep excellent but admid need inprovement The salemans did they're job very well and make sure I get exactly what I was looking for. I Also knew that the color that I want was not popular but was more then happy to wait until they find one for me, they took they're time to explain all about the vehicle when I pick it up. They're were always with a smile and they make you feel welcome. But as for the other part, the paper work is done by financing and that when the story is not that good. my story: I find out throught my insurance that the dealer did find a vehicle for me and that it's at the dealer and I'm suppose to sign the paper that night to pick up my car. No one at the dealer bother to call me to tell me that they locate a vehicle for me and that it's at the dealer? I found that upsetting, you buy the second most expensive item in your life and they we're to busy to take the time to tell me. If I could suggest anything: is let the saleman take care or everything and pay them more so we could have a better experience when we purchase an expensive item like that. More

Ryan was my first service rep when I first bought my Tuscon in 2009 and now he is the service Manager. One of the best! I was shopping for my first new vehicle and Gerry and Mary were amazing. I was nervous since I don't know much about cars and Gerry put all those worr I was shopping for my first new vehicle and Gerry and Mary were amazing. I was nervous since I don't know much about cars and Gerry put all those worries to rest with his extensive knowledge and great customer service. I feel like home when going to Cambridge Hyundai I have been a customer with this dealership since 2010 and purchased 3 cars myself also brought friends to buy theirs. The main reason for me to stay I have been a customer with this dealership since 2010 and purchased 3 cars myself also brought friends to buy theirs. The main reason for me to stay with this dealership is Ryan and the great team around him. Almost every single time I have been there service team took care of me like their own. I have had very few unpleasant experiences too but Ryan has always taken care of the issues and made sure that is vanished of my memory but again they were only once or twice that can happen every where no matter how caring you are, and majority of my visits were meeting or exceeding my expectations. Few weeks ago I went there for a brake light failure and once I talked to Mike he stepped in himself and changed the bulb charging me only $3.5 with no labor or keeping me in line waiting. Today I got a flat tire. I had put the spare on myself and had the flat in the trunk. When I arrived it was 4:40 pm and they close at 5 pm on Wednesdays. Chris approached me and asked for the reason and after I told him the story he said give me a minute and came back with one their service men. He checked the tire and fixed it in less than 10 minutes and I was shocked when they shook hand without charging me a dime! I was ready to leave the tire in there and come back the next day but Chris and Ryan did what they might have done for their own family members. All I can say is a big thank you to them all. More
