There was some communication breakdown initially, in getting my history of the issue taken down, but that was due to another mechanic than Ashley. Then tech man Travis worked on my car with excellent skill and intuition. We talked at length over my issues with the car, and what work he carried it. I was thoroughly satisfied with Travis' explanation of the problem and the work he did. The car has been working well since then. I was in a jam on vacation and was indeed to a good repair job and they provided a great service. Make sure you have Travis working on your car! More

Fast, friendly service with a very reasonable price I had 2 appointments with them so far and all that I receive was a great service. They replaced a plug in my Lincoln and then a battery. Everything wa I had 2 appointments with them so far and all that I receive was a great service. They replaced a plug in my Lincoln and then a battery. Everything was done quickly. They found me a new battery right away and did not charge for the labor, only for the battery itself. Keep doing the same way and you will be the best in the region! Will I make it home When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Ashley. She was super friendly and got a tech right away to talk to me about the trouble I was havin When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Ashley. She was super friendly and got a tech right away to talk to me about the trouble I was having with my truck. They managed to get the truck in right away as I was hoping it would be drivable for my trip back to Invermere. Then Ashley got us a ride to eat some lunch and a pick up which was beyond helpful on an already stressful day. They did what they could and got me on my way saying I should make it home! We didn't make it home, got stuck in the park with no cell service which is what I had been trying to avoid by bringing the truck in. While I wish they had been right about my truck, I appreciate how helpful the tech and Ashley were. More
