Service Department "Quick lane" should be called take the day off work cause your F'd. I made an appointment three days in advance. WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD Wow, took my car for oil change (they never did the oil change and charged me $190), waited in the waiting room for 2 hours, car stayed where I left i Wow, took my car for oil change (they never did the oil change and charged me $190), waited in the waiting room for 2 hours, car stayed where I left it ( I was watching), then worker said it was done, when the car never moved, billed me $190 for oil change that never happened. 4 weeks later engine ceased due to no oil change. Cost me $8000 to replace engine. Filter from Mr. Lube was still on. Generated a FAKE Vehicle Report Card. I hope Cam Clark burns in xxxx! More

Don't care about customer i purchased a 2014 ford escape from Airdrie Cam Clark ford less then 6 months first off this vehicle was "brand new" but already had 375 kilometer i purchased a 2014 ford escape from Airdrie Cam Clark ford less then 6 months first off this vehicle was "brand new" but already had 375 kilometers on it when i picked it up. and all i got was a free oil change for that. my touch screen cracked and i was told warranty will not honor it and it would cost me $1200 to replace! .. i sent an email to cam clark to try and change their minds on this without even a response back after spending over 35 thousand dollars on the vehicle this seems like a slap in the face. save your money and buy your vehicle some place that cares about their customers. More

Horrible Customer Service I went to Trade my 2011 Kia Sorrento was offered a low ball amount of $6,000 because of minor hail damage, A month later a few texts here and there te I went to Trade my 2011 Kia Sorrento was offered a low ball amount of $6,000 because of minor hail damage, A month later a few texts here and there telling me he was still working on a deal for me but I would have to buy a truck not the 2014 Ford Focus I was wanting. Last few weeks not heard a word. Finally being fed up I went to Red Deer Mitsubishi they offerd me $13,500 fro my vehicle and I was able to purchase a brand new 2015 RVR and had no problem getting financing through the same bank that supposedly Cam Clark was trying to go through. My Fatther also tried to trade in his 2011 Suzuki in mint conditon and they offered him $5,000 trade in he drove up the hill to Kipp Scott's and was offered $9,000. Stay clear of Cam Clark ford !!!! More
