Bait and switch lives here I was contacted by a sales person wanting to buy my current truck. I went in did the appraisal and got an offer of $50,000 plus tax. I asked about ne I was contacted by a sales person wanting to buy my current truck. I went in did the appraisal and got an offer of $50,000 plus tax. I asked about new trucks and they came up to $52,000 plus tax. I said I would think about it and left. I called back and said you have a deal on my truck at at 52,000 plus tax, when can I drop off the truck and pickup the cheque. Lots of things said but all of it back pedalling on their offer. Since verbal contracts are binding next stop the lawyer. More

Pressure to purchase overpriced add-ons for your new vehicle. I purchased a premium protection package that included undercoating but needed to buy my own container of undercoating and brush to finish the job as many spots were missed including the rear wheel wells which are the most critical area in my opinion.
