He thanked me for my candor, told us he could work something out and to step into his office. Very respectfully he showed us a couple of vehicles, did the math and had exactly what we were looking for. Craig showed us some options with NO pressure. Some we chose, some we declined. He introduced us to Leanne Anderson who took our info and looked after the financial end of the deal. Very painless and rewarding. He tried a couple different approaches but was patient and let me buy my truck my way. I found his price to be pretty close to others. (Within 5% of another dealerships on one truck I looked at which may have been a fluke but he was bang on for the one I bought) but unlike the other dealership who played the good manager bad manager game and wanted me to sign an offer to purchase I found him transparent in how he did his business breaking down the price and because of that I felt confident that I was treated fairly and not swindler. A person should do their due dilligance but he has earned my recommendation and I will be at least giving him a call when I buy my next vehicle because I felt he had integrity The only other thing I have to say and I believe it's pretty standard but know that they get you for 1600 in protection type coatings which I got 4 of the 5 and about 1000 in standard misc charges though that may be because I got my company price which was already low and 5% gst when you go for financing. But my financing guy was mike and he was pretty good more straight forward then the guy who I bought my last car from More
