We were very disappointed in Bryan Jessel BMW. We bought a 2020 X3M from them and asked for a couple of minor things to be fixed. We kept contacting them over the next sixth months to get an update. Finally, the salesman Ryan told us that they were "looking at it" and would get back to us. That never happened, so it seems clear that they never intended to effect the repair and were very dishonest in their dealings with us. So we will NEVER buy another car from this dealership. More

Ok i made an appointment for my wife’s car, the first conversation on the phone the person immediately said its due for a brake and coolant flush. Of course they did not follow instructions and A guy named ASH quickly duped my wife into other services. Of course afterwards they are telling me all the thing they did free like required recall repairs by the manufacturer. An oil change at 385$ is already stupid. Then they start to tell you about all the free stuff they gave us, recalls the mfr responsibility, the dealer was paid by the mfr, nothing was free.
