I have rated this dealership already, but keep getting emails to rate them again. It was a very poor experience. Topping the list was their misleading advertising. At the time of purchase, they were advertising on TV that every new Hyundai purchase you would receive a $1,000 gas card - no caveats attached. At time of purchase they said we did not qualify. What a rip off. They kept this incentive so much under the rug, the salesperson said he was not even aware of the offer. They also low-balled our trade-ins. They also wrote up the deal for a vehicle we did not intend to purchase. They also did not honor other advertised incentives on the vehicles. They are very misleading in every which way to get you into the dealership. The only reason I am leaving another review is because it is close to one month since purchase and they still did not pay off one of my trade-ins. I have since found out their business department sent the check to the wrong financial institution. If I had not kept up with this, my credit would have taken a ding for being late on a payment for a vehicle I did not own any longer. This dealership is misleading in every way. I would be extremely cautious if you absolutely have to buy a vehicle here. I do not recommend them. Paying attention to the nasty reviews their service department receives, I can only hope I don’t have to deal with some of those issue when I take mine in for service. I usually never leave reviews of any kind, but in this circumstance I feel like I had to. More

Just average. Nothing severely wrong, but certainly nothing to write home about. The waiting area was unremarkable.
