So when we walked in and explained to Gary that we are definitely purchasing a car but not until the end of the month or longer we were very pleasantly surprised to not feel an ounce of pressure. Gary was very informative and brought the right people to talk to us when required. My partner and I ended up going back the next day for more information and the whole team (Gary, Hugh and Joanne) were attentive, supportive, and informative. We ended up purchasing the car the day after (3 days after we were adamant not to purchase for at least another couple of weeks). Thanks to Joanne's friendly and sincere customer service, Hugh's lively personality and Gary's hard work we will never go to another VW dealership again and have been referring future customers to this dealership. Literally a 10/10 - especially Chris as he was my primary sales contact. Very approachable and extremely simple to work with during the entire sales cycle. The other dealer - Martin Grove can take lessons from this dealership. Absolutely would NOT recommend MG VW for service OR sales as a family member was previously using them as their go-to dealer which made me reluctant in considering VW at all for a purchase due to many bad experiences. Bramgate sets a very high standard and I've been reluctant to move from my comfort zone of having Northwest Lexus be my go-to dealer for over 10 years due to great customer service in the Service department. Lesson Learned: Don't let one bad apple of a dealer (Martin Grove VW) turn you off a brand. More
