He then took me downstairs and introduced me to Chris, the sales manager and Trent, their Corvette specialist. Jim even sat in on my initial discussion with Trent. Trent is extremely knowledgable about the product and completely courteous and accommodating. Together, we built the car of my dreams and they were able to change one of their orders and get me the exact car I wanted. Through the entire process, Trent has always answered all my questions and made me feel very reassured about my purchase. Whenever I went into the dealership, I always saw so many friendly faces and everyone went out of their way to greet me. Trent and I still talk regularly as I continue to have questions about the operation of the vehicle. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this dealership and it’s personnel to anyone looking to buy one of their vehicles. She is very knowledgeable, and from some information I had provided earlier, had a couple of vehicles picked out that I may be interested in. I ended up purchasing the first one she showed me. Staff That's Willing to Work With You Had initially visited another Buick Dealership in Durham Region to receive a quote on a new Buick but felt like I was being a little bit manipulated. Received quotes that, once broken in cost, did not add up. A large portion of my family had previously worked for GM, so brand loyalty was definitely a consideration. We weren't eager to give up on GM vehicles but explored other SUV options in the interim that were appropriate based on our needs and wants. I decided to phone VanDusen Chevrolet Buick GMC despite never previously visiting or working with them, which is where I was introduced to Tamara Cole. Tamara excelled in her role as a sales representative. She was knowledgeable, prepared, transparent, and friendly. She knew the "in's and out's" of the vehicles we were looking at and was able to provide us with necessary information for us to be informed consumers. This seems pretty fundamental but was not the case with sales reps at the previous Buick dealership. Car purchases can be complicated, between the fine print and "nitty gritty", but we are very pleased with our choice to sign with Tamara and VanDusen Chevrolet Buick GMC! This will be our first stop for future vehicle purchases despite the distance from home. More
