While on vacations in Campbell River area, transmission solenoid failed. Norm (Parts, Manager) arranged repairs for the same day and Jim (Mechanic) did a very good work fixing our Durango promptly. They didn’t have a loaner for me at first so they arranged a budget loaner at their cost. Then when theirs was available they gave me theirs and took care of return of budgets. They serviced my jeep by the next day when part was available. They quoted a price and when all was done the price was lower than quoted. Nice surprise when all has been going against me lately. Also gave me a free hat. I will definitely be returning when my vehicles need servicing. I am so appreciative of the team for all the support and care I received. More

One of the features we needed was an adjustable roof rack for our Thule roof carrier. We were told by Ron that he measured it and it would fit and was adjustable. We just went to put the Thule on for a big trip and it is not even close to fitting and is NOT adjustable at all! I would not recommend this dealership as they will lie to get the business. More
