BUDGET DID NOT ALLOW FOR NEW PURCHASE, BUT KEVIN DID SUCH A GREAT JOB INFORMING ME AND EDUCATING ME ABOUT SUBARU, I WAS SO IMPRESSED I DECIDED I WOULD BUY A USED ONE, WHICH I DID PRIVATELY. THIS WAS A HOLIDAY LONG WEEKEND SATURDAY, AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD NO APPOINTMENT AND THEY WERE ON SUMMER WEEKEND STAFF, THEY STILL MADE TIME FOR ME. SARAH INFORMED ME IT COULD BE TRANSMISSION ISSUES, AND WOULD HAVE TO GET IT DIAGNOSED BY SUBARU CANADA. SHE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO CHECK IF SUBARU CANADA MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP IN AN YWAY. TO MY AMAZEMENT AND SURPRISE, SUBARU CANADA CAME BACK, AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE, AND FIXED THE TRANSMITION ISSUE, AT THEIR EXPENSE.....I WAS BLOWN AWAY, AS THE CAR IS 7 YEARS OLD AND HAS 200 KM THANK YOU SARAH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO CHECK AND SAVING ME LITERALLY THOUSANDS. SUBARU DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS, I DID NOT PURCHASE THE CAR FROM THEM ,YET THEY DID. NEEDLES TO SAY I AM A BARRIE SUBARU SUPPORTER FOR LIFE...I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL BY A DEALER.
