Now I would only recommend purchasing a vehicle from Dimitri at Vaughan Chrysler. To me this sounds insane, like recommending buying A&W root beer from Kathy at the onroute location, but it's the truth. After calling Chrysler customer care twice and wasting 2 hours of my life explaining why I think my experience/service shouldn't be contingent on where my brand new truck decides to breaks down. I realized they can't do anything besides quote policy. The real experience is at the dealership level. That being said; if your brand new vehicle breaks down in Barrie, your better off pushing it to Vaughan then bring it to John (the service manager) at Barrie Chrysler and if you need to rehydrate on the way, make sure you get the an A&W root beer from Kathy. Tell her Mike sent you. ;( More

Well after taking it for a test drive, I bought it. Roger was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. He followed up with me on week one and two and even did some research on a few questions I had.
