Desperate to Find a New Vehicle My salesperson Udai was excellent! He greeted us immediately after our arrival and quickly got us set up for a test drive. He drove around the block first to ensure there was gas in the vehicle and it was operating properly. Meeting the sales manager was less of a positive experience. I had a garage I needed to fill that day as my vehicle suddenly needed major repairs, I work every day, am a single parent, and live out of town. We wanted him (Dave) to give us a price as this was the first vehicle we had looked at. We were told that would be like playing a bad game of poker, and he is not going to reveal the cards in his hand. We were advised when we decided that was the vehicle we wanted, he would talk price. There was more dialogue about the needs and responsibilities to and for the dealership and their people and very little consideration was given to me and my needs. Upon leaving, Udai texted me almost immediately after leaving to inquire as to whether I had additional questions, and to advise there are no documentation fees at Honda which is a bonus! After several other test drives, I liked the Honda best, so returned for more uncomfortable dealings with Mr. Ross. The rest of the staff was very nice though. More

Discrepancy Upon dropping my vehicle off I asked if my winter tires were good for one more year, a Service Representative measured and indicated all four tires we Upon dropping my vehicle off I asked if my winter tires were good for one more year, a Service Representative measured and indicated all four tires were 7/32 tread left and said that driving under normal conditions I should get one more year. When picking my vehicle up after service was completed a different service representative indicated I had between 5-6/32 tread left measured by the Tech. This is not a major issue and I should of asked for another measurement before I left. More

She explained everything that was going to be done to my car and how long it would take. I was offered a shuttle to/from where ever I needed to go and the woman that drove me (I'm so sorry - I don't recall her name!) was friendly and prefessional. The whole service department functioned like a well-oiled machine, while maintaining a warm and friendly 'family' attitude. I'm so happy I purchased my car from the team at Bannister! Kudos! More

My service experience I was pleased with the service done on my vehicle but I spent $500.00 and it didn't even come back cleaned. Usually when I bring the car in for anyth I was pleased with the service done on my vehicle but I spent $500.00 and it didn't even come back cleaned. Usually when I bring the car in for anything I get it back detailed, I'm not sure but for a $500.00 service job don't you think it should have come back to me cleaned inside and out. Just wondering. More
