Always an awesome experience!!! This is the 2nd time in 1 year that I bought a RVR from this dealership. I first purchased a standard transmission but, due to physical disabilities, This is the 2nd time in 1 year that I bought a RVR from this dealership. I first purchased a standard transmission but, due to physical disabilities, I had to upgrade to an automatic. The first person I ran into was George, and he not only remembered me from last year, he knew what I bought and what I traded in! Then I was put into Sam's capable hands to check out the automatic RVR. He throughly explained the extra options that did not come with my standard vehicle and even went as far as to explain the 2015 transmission system...in laymens terms that I could understand! After a test drive I was sold! I am now the proud owner of my 2nd RVR, and my 4th Mitsubishi vehicle! Again I requested Tosh as my salesmen. He was fantastic, and had a sense of humour regarding seeing him AGAIN in a month. He is competent and confident in what he does. He's very professional and answered any questions I had about the process the second time around. If you are looking for a vehicle, request him as your salesmen, you won't be disappointed. Lastly, thank you to Kevin the finance manager who put everything together for the second vehicle finance wise. He got me into a better vehicle matching my previous payments. More

We were pleasantly surprised when we met Chantal, she was very nice and easy going. We test drove both the 2.0 and the 2.4. We then sat down to talk prices and Chantal was very up front with the fees and what they could offer us. We ended up getting the 2.0 awd. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to go see Chantal in the futute! More

Tosh was the first person I spoke with about a car I was specifically interested in. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and any questions I had regarding the vehicle or process. Kevin also was great. He walked my boyfriend and I through all the paperwork explaining everything and stopped to answer any questions we had. I even emailed him a few times.
