He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about all car models I was considering. Once I found I car I liked, we were able to quickly agree on a deal - Sunny and Michael Webb, the business manager who took care of the financing, were both very helpful and accommodating. In the end, I was happy with the deal I received and the whole process was quite painless. I would definitely recommend Bank Street Mazda, Sunny and the rest of the staff to anybody looking to buy a car. More

Slow service, poor communication, nice car. I did all of the research for my new vehicle before I arrived. I knew what I wanted, all I needed was for the dealer to make the sale. However this wa I did all of the research for my new vehicle before I arrived. I knew what I wanted, all I needed was for the dealer to make the sale. However this wasn't as easy as it should have been. Consistent misinformation resulted in delay after delay in receiving my new vehicle. When it finally came, the financing department told me I would not get the deferred payments I was promised (not a big deal, still they were not true to their word). Next I was not granted one of the rebates I had expected, after providing documents I never heard back. Instead they kept my deposit and considered it complete. The amount of work I had to put into this sale was outrageous, constantly asking for updates every week, and every week getting the same answer "next week". If I hadn't had my eyes set on this specific vehicle I would avoid the dealership at all costs. Will NOT be recommending this dealer and in fact warning others to proceed at their own risk. Tosh seemed to be an okay guy, but avoid the incompetence of Moe in the finance department. . More

Karim knew everything about the vehicle and explained all the features as we travelled along. It got even better when we went to pick up the vehicle as Zein Jolan told us to thoroughly check out the vehicle and then he explained and showed us the features and how to use them. He took all the time we needed to understand. We have to say that by far the people and dealership are the best we have come across. Being a fairly young person, I've become used to being ignored by salespeople but that was definitely not at Bank street Mazda. The title really sums it up... By far the best test drive I've ever had. Sunny took the time to really let me test out the car, including some quick turns and emergency breaking. The buying part was easy, Sunny gave me a really fair price and got me all the extras I wanted. Financing with Kevin was quick and easy. Both Sunny and Kevin kept me up to date on the progress (since they had to find me a 2014 mazda 3 elsewhere and bring it into the shop). Process was quick and I got everything I wanted and more. The car runs great, was clean and delivered as promised. I would recommend this dealership and my man Sunny to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. These guys really know their stuff. It also feels great to be part of the bank street Mazda family. Everytime I walk in the doors I am welcome as if I was an honoured guest. Keep up the good work.
