Beware the Business Managers! I must say that I originally wanted to recommend this dealership due in large part to the sales agent Mike Charron. We left another dealership because I must say that I originally wanted to recommend this dealership due in large part to the sales agent Mike Charron. We left another dealership because we couldn't stand the sales agent and were very happy and surprised by the great service he offered. Unfortunately, the same can't be said of the Business Managers. A few errors in paperwork and documents (forgot to give us the registration papers) (which I could have forgiven, we're all human) were made worse when repeated attempts to get answers regarding an error in the financing documents were left unanswered. I had to complain to the General Manager just to get a call back that said they'd look into it. It's been over a week and still no answer. Ridiculous service for some very simple questions. Too bad its soured my entire experience. I'll be going elsewhere in the future and I hope you do too. More

The gentlemen in Service - Marc I have purchased 3 Mazda vehicles from this dealership since 2002 and love dealing with the team at Bank Street Mazda. The gentlemen in Service - Marcel Faucher,John Dustan & Brian Joiner - have always been very helpful with issues related to the maintenance of my cars. You would be hard pressed to find men more knowledgeable about the Mazda product/ cars in general. I trust the team at Bank Street Mazda and I have purchased all three vehicles with the advice and experience of Dave Malloch. Great work,guys! Keep it up. More

When i was looking around the dealership i was approached by very friendly and down to earth sales staff. They provided me with an enjoyable environment and helped me make practical decisions that made selecting my Mazda even easier. He was also very helpful in showing me the new vehicle features and not pressuring me into buying something i did not require. Overall i would definitely recommend this dealership based on my experience. More

I first met with the sales manager, who was very helpful , had some great financial advice, and suggestions ! He introduced me to Sunny, from that moment , I was made to fell very comfortable , and able to ask question, and make decisions with no pressure, as a result I purchased a vehicle Mazda 3 2015 ,deep crystal blue, new colour for Mazda , love it!! The day I picked up the car and finalized the paper work, Michael Webb the business manager had everything ready to go, everything was explained ! Again another pleasant experience ! From there Sunny introduced me to my new Mazda , he went through all the new technology , and was very helpful, even set up my phone for blue tooth, he introduced me to the service dept and procedures , when bringing the car in for service , oil changes etc. Thanks to you Sunny and to all Mazda staff,! Again a very pleasant experience , I feel like I am part of the Mazda family !! I will recommend Bank st. A Completely Perfect Experience My husband and I went to Bank Street Mazda to look into a new car for me. We had no intention of purchasing immediately and made this known on our arr My husband and I went to Bank Street Mazda to look into a new car for me. We had no intention of purchasing immediately and made this known on our arrival at the dealership. Sunny said he would be pleased to help us determine which, if any, would be the best vehicle for our future purchase. It was obvious that my husband was knowledgeable about cars and I was not. As Sunny answered his questions and spoke of mechanical matters, he made a point of speaking in layman’s terms and explaining things in a way I could understand and appreciate. Too, he inquired about my driving style, typical car usage, needs and wishes. Together we settled on 2 possible vehicles. Sunny took us for extensive test drives in both in which both my husband and I had the opportunity to put the cars through their paces and learn the attributes and extras each had to offer. When we decided that the CX-5 GS was the car for me, we were given the various pricing options. As we were leaving we again reiterated that we had not planned on an immediate purchase but would consider their packages and, should we decide to purchase, we would be in touch within the next day or 2. As an aside I said that I would only consider buying a red one. The next thing I knew a sold sign was put on the red CX-5 in the showroom. When we protested, we were told that there was absolutely no obligation on our part but, as it was the only red one they had with the options we wanted, they wished to insure we could have it if we wanted it. They would ‘hold’ it for us for the 2 days we had mentioned. – Truly, I felt no pressure whatsoever. This was just 1 more sign that they valued us and wanted our options to remain open. The price was too good to pass up. We called to say we would take the car and Sunny made himself available at our convenience. Before signing the paperwork, he again went through the vehicle with us to insure it was exactly what we wanted. At the time of pickup, he went over the car again, making sure everything was as asked, answering last minute questions – even pairing my phone for me. This was a dream transaction. Every person we came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Sunny was a delight to deal with. I will happily recommend Bank Street Mazda and Sunny to my family and friends. More
Great customer service Recently I had a problem with my 2015 Mazda 3 where my hatch was not getting locked. I visited the dealership next day morning and they fixed it by ap Recently I had a problem with my 2015 Mazda 3 where my hatch was not getting locked. I visited the dealership next day morning and they fixed it by applying lubricants which is good in winter conditions. However I experienced the same issue once I left the place and again come back by evening. By the time I reached the service was almost closed where only guy left at service except the manager. However John Dustan (service manager) he came out of his cabin and helped me to get it fixed by adjusting the lock position. He had number of similar cases on same day with CX-5 models and explained me what is going on as well as steps they are taking to fix the issue. It was a great customer service. More
