Liars liars They scare you by "forcing" you to change some parts that you need to pay or it will void the warranty! They wanted me to change something at 30k when the book says it should be changed at around 100k! Everytime I was going there for oil change, they would add some repairs and many time, they did not advise me so I had to pay extra ! Marcel , at Service was always very nice, that's the only positive point. The sales team was bad (especially the guy with the hat!). Oh I forgot, one of their shuttle guys talks too much and is trying to get some tips out of you! All they want is more $$$! I sold my mazda and never again I will deal with those people again! The dealership staff of my new car has ethics and is very professional, what a difference! More
