Our experience with Kevin and Bank Street Mazda was definitely beyond expectations and we would definitely say that Kevin did go the extra mile to make us happy in many ways:
* He stayed late one night to negotiate a price with us (sorry again Kevin);
* As this was our first car, he drove us from and to the closest bus station (South Keys);
* He accommodated every of our requests and came up with creative ways of saving us money;
* He always returned our calls in a timely fashion;
* He always provided excellent advise and answered all of our numerous questions.
We are definitely very happy owners of a Santa Fe!

Our current car was nearing the end and we decided it was time for a new one. We had never bought a new car before and we were not exactly sure what to expect. We were greeted by Moe and had a friendly no pressure conversion before going for a test drive.

Throughout the entire negotiation process, never once did we feel like we were just another sale for them. Moe and Sean both listened and made sure to understand what we were looking for.

Overall our entire buying process was enjoyable and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

I was looking to buy a new car and Bank Street Mazda was the first dealer I went to. I had no intention of buying that day but only shopping around and compare with a few other cars I had in mind. I met with Kevin Spears and he didn't let me shop around, he gave me a price I couldn't refuse and a great service so I didn't need to go somewhere else to compare. I bought my car right away.

I had a great experience, I had a very specific car in mind (which I knew would be hard to find) it took a little while to find but not the dealers fault. Car is great, service was awesome!

Danny spent about 3 hours with me yesterday and succeeded in convincing me to buy a used Mazda 3 [ albeit I could only find a specific car I was happy with at another, inferior dealership ]. He was knowledgeable, honest, and helpful, and even drove be around the lot when it started to rain [ totally didn't need to do that bud :) ]. I'm so disappointed that I couldn't reward that kind of service with a sale, but you can be sure that this dealership will be my first stop the next time I'm looking for a car. Really positive experience.

Daniel Bond was super great to deal with! He was nice and friendly from the beginning and very down to earth. He did not have the 'salesman' attitude; he was just a genuinely nice guy, trying to help us find a car that suited our budget and lifestyle.

I visited Bank St. Mazda for the first time on May 8 2013 and was blown away by the great service I recieved. I test drove a 2013 Mazda 3 Skyactiv with salesman Danny Bond and absolutely loved the car. It's a great little car! Danny was extremely knowledgeable and was one of the most friendly and approachable salesman I have ever dealt with. I decided to purchase the Mazda 3 and have been very satisfied with the decision. I have given Irina this good review because she was super friendly and made me feel welcome in the dealership. I went for a test drive and then she gave me some time to think about which car I was going to go with. After all the paper work was done she even drove me home! I am completely satisfied with my purchase. She was especially helpful to me because I have never brought my own car before, so I had a lot of questions for her.

I recently bought a new Mazda 5 from Bank Street Mazda. The sales person I dealt with (Kevin Spears) was very informative and, seemingly,very truthful throughout the whole purchasing process. I never felt any hard core pressure sales tactics, nor did I fell like a gun was being held to my head forcing me to buy a new car regardless of how I felt about it - a direct contrast to many other sales people that I have dealt with in the last few months. I ended up getting the car I wanted, for a price that seemed significantly lower than the posted on-line price. There was no surprises when I picked up my car, and Kevin was very helpful in running me through the basic details of operating my new vehicle. An excellent overall experience!!
