Hi Tiffany , we do a very thorough inspection of any vehicle prior to selling it , it passes all safety checks and above that we flush all fluids and replace filters to ensure every component is a clean and new as possible , if the Lexus dealer has a different MM size for recommending Tires that would be the reason they did and of course the alignment and other items are recommended to replace at the same time but we in NO way sold a vehicle with any known issues as described

And yes! That is all that you did was an oil change! The Lexus recommendations is what I came in with, and the tires were replaced!
