I felt like I was a VIP :-) My rep from BMW was Vince Cappella, he is very professional, I got all the info and advice I needed, he did not push me to buy extra stuff, extra insurance or anything.. I really appreciate it. Everything went smooth. Vince called me a few days after I got the car to make sure I was happy with it, of course I'm happy with my brand new 2017 BMW X1 i28 Pack sport. I would strongly recommend this dealer if you are looking for world class service. Also I really enjoyed the tour of the car with the BMW Genius, I think that was Sacha, he did a very good job explaining all options/features of the car. More

He is probably one of the hardest working, attentive and honest professionals in the business. He absolutely tells it like it is and works to strike a mutually beneficial deal. Three years ago, I showed up looking for a 3 series. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford a 328 at the time due to insurance reasons. He managed to get me a beautiful 320 x drive with all the bells and whistles and promised me he would get me into the 328 soon. Sure enough, he reached out three years later with an offer I couldn't refuse. Not only did he help me upgrade to my desired vehicle, he also managed to get me a lower monthly payment. He remembered the car I had wanted and found the exact colour, trim and options I request. I came in very sceptical of car dealers but left feeling like a king. I also highly recommend their lease end insurance. Living downtown, there were all kinds of dings and small scratches from parking on the street/lousy neighbours. I was sure it was going to cost me a couple grand. Usama managed to save me over $1500 in damages and also handled the transition like a pro. I simply showed up with the old vehicle and drove away in my brand new ride. He's a great communicator, he listens and every member of the team treated me with kindness and respect. Aside from some annoying telemarketing, this is by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer. 10/10 - highly recommend their operation. More

Right a way samir showed me some options which I did not like, he kept looking and following up with me every week till he found the car I liked with most of the options that i wanted.
