She is very knowledgeable, and answered every question we asked. We bought a grand caravan and it was impecable, we saw a couple of older cars, and they realy put an effort into detailed cleaning, you don't notice the cars are previous rentals. Sheldon was great at finding us great finance deal, we spent a couple of hours there but he made it enjoyable, we got great advise from him and did not put any pressure into spending on anything we did not needed.
