Such attention to detail! Mr. Ginter is a rare find. Mr. Sheldon Dergousoff took the time, beyond what was necessary, to explain 'everything' about my purchase; my bumper to bumper warranty to July 2022, interest rates, a further price reduction, and a little education on car dealerships etc. Mr. Degousoff was delightful to converse with and was an integral part of my purchase of this B250. I appreciate that my business dealings were with this gentleman. Mr. Arron Cho, the ICBC Broker, was so relaxed and chatty. Thanks to Mr. Cho, I have new plates, and Full Cost Replacement Insurance for three years. He explained that I pay a monthly fee for two years for that coverage. Disregard the fact it was a public holiday, I could get all things done in really short time. I did a test drive, then completed the purchase. Because of a public holiday, banks did not work, so they allowed me take a car after making only deposit payment. I also got insurance with new license plates in the same place. Then, they give me a driver who drove that car to my home (I drove my another car). Everything was completed in time and in very friendly manner. Very good and professional team! More
