I never worry that I am being gouged or strong-armed into having unnecessary repairs/work done on the vehicle. My experience has been that staff go above and beyond what it required. They make you feel at home. During my last visit I was kept updated frequently as I waiting in the comfy lounge they have set up for customers. There is a lot to be said for personalized service and being made to feel like you are not just another client. Best of all? Smarties for the humans and dog treats for visiting fur babies! More
