Well or experience started with Samantha on the phone. She arranged every thing for us to be ready so we could have the car to return home the same day. We drove 5 hrs to get their. She was not due to come in till noon but I told her we would be early 9 am. She came in early for us. Everything was ready, we took it out for test drive and both it right away. Michelle set my phone to the blue tooth of the car, took her time to show us all the stuff on this car.( their is allot ) the car is fully loaded. set up syrrus radio. My phone was dead so she went around to the staff to see who had a samsung and a plug in. We found one and they even charged my phone for me. What service. She was having a hard time to walk do to injury but it did not stop her from doing a great job and putting us first. Anne did all the financial stuff very quick and very friendly.
