My first impression of the quality service I would be getting was demonstrated through Naya who was very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy my need. In so doing he gave me the opportunity of testing driving the vehicle over a long distance which then made me comfortable knowing I was getting a really nice car. Well or experience started with Samantha on the phone. She arranged every thing for us to be ready so we could have the car to return home the same day. We drove 5 hrs to get their. Michelle K had email me to let me know I would be dealing with her once we got their and she had the car safety and all that had to be done ready for us. She was not due to come in till noon but I told her we would be early 9 am. She came in early for us. Everything was ready, we took it out for test drive and both it right away. Michelle set my phone to the blue tooth of the car, took her time to show us all the stuff on this car.( their is allot ) the car is fully loaded. set up syrrus radio. My phone was dead so she went around to the staff to see who had a samsung and a plug in. We found one and they even charged my phone for me. What service. Thanks Jason for the use of your charger, and Nicole for watching over my phone. Margaret help Michelle out on the paper work. She was having a hard time to walk do to injury but it did not stop her from doing a great job and putting us first. Anne did all the financial stuff very quick and very friendly. They found out were our bank was for us, and places were the best food was for us to go to lunch. This is the second time we purchased from Auto Park, and these are the reason why. All their staff go above and beyond for you. Doing little things such as charging your phone and taking their time to make sure you know your car. Thank you to all the staff. Great job.
