When I approached AutoPark re the listing of a Volkswagen Beetle Convertible, they immediate responded online and my additional phone call was returned promptly. Both sales agents were very helpful and an a Beetle Convertible, they immediate responded online and my additional phone call was returned promptly. Both sales agents were very helpful and an appointment was made to come in and see the vehicle and do a test drive. The in-house salesman was very polite and friendly answering all my questions. I took the vehicle for a drive, loved it and discussed my trade-in value, which was totally acceptable. A Certification was done the following day with the only issue being the tires, and four new tires were put on my car without any sort of hassle. I picked up my vehicle two days after the whole process began and came home in my cite little Beetle and cheque for the balance of the deal on my trade-in. All-in-all, it was a very satisfying and pleasant experience. I ❤️ my Beetle Convertible ....I named her “Annie” - re “Annie Hall”! More
