Poor service, bad communication, disorganized sales and finance reps. Random emails and texts during lease end don't get responded to despite them reaching out first. Terrible service. Walked in to try to get some simple parts from the retail parts counter. Apart from a few sideways glances from the empty check-in desks not a single person asked if I needed help including the fellow sitting at the parts desk who seemed to be violently ignoring me even when I asked for help. Previously took my car in for service. Over $1000 for a battery change and service technician tried to constantly up-sell me on a 15 y.o. car. Never again. More
Terrible service. I went with a friend to look at a vehicle to replace her Audi lease which was up in November. With the car shortages we wanted to get a jump start I went with a friend to look at a vehicle to replace her Audi lease which was up in November. With the car shortages we wanted to get a jump start in identifying her next vehicle. No appointment and approached the receptionist. The sales associate came and we advised him we are looking at the Q3. He asks for the Key to the current audi lease so he can inspect the car and get a quote. He drives the new Q3 to the front door with ice caked on the front windshield, rear and side windows. He says we have to wait until the vehicle warms up. We are inspecting the interior so no big deal. We wait about 10 minutes before we are able to clear the ice on the windows. We took the vehicle for a solid 25 minutes before coming back to the dealership. Upon return, I noticed our car still in the original spot. Park the car, bring in the plates and keys and ask for the sales associate that was helping us. The receptionist calls him and he shows up 10 minutes later. I ask for the keys to our car and he ignored that request and takes us to his desk and asks us to sit tight a bit. We wait at his desk for another 30 minutes. I noticed this dealership is stacked with sales associates just hanging around. I ask the receptionist to get a hold of him. Wait another 10 minutes. I see him walk into another office and I have to interrupt him to make sure he didn't forget about us and asked for the keys back. He gives me a blank stare and I ask again for the keys. He told me that he had just brought the car to the service bay after all this time had just passed. I follow him to the service bay to get the car back after he had taken it hostage. The best part is he still asks for information to try to make a deal. I understand the industry is going through a tough time now. All industries are. Dealerships that think they don't have to try anymore because the lack of inventory is ridiculous. They think that they can waste people's time and try to squeeze every penny out of them is ridiculous. If I could negative 10 stars. Total embarrassment. More
Stay away. They have no concept whatsoever on how to treat a customer. Interactions initially started off fine. I had a recent experience where they dropped the ball and told me to spend $2K on new brak treat a customer. Interactions initially started off fine. I had a recent experience where they dropped the ball and told me to spend $2K on new brakes, when they had just been done days before. They tried to pin the blame on me, that I did not communicate the fact that the job was done elsewhere. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and recently went back to do what was supposed to be warranty work. Audi didn't cover it and the dealer just stuck me with the bill., without telling me what it was going to cost. They gave me no option but to do the work there. Not acceptable. They do not know how to communicate. More
Probably the worst service experience I've ever had. My car has been in twice for the same issue within a 2 week period (engine light). It takes days (5) for someone to even look at the vehicle or provide car has been in twice for the same issue within a 2 week period (engine light). It takes days (5) for someone to even look at the vehicle or provide an update. I found myself constantly chasing them for any kind of update so I can plan accordingly. The first time, I was told it was fixed and the engine light was back on hours later. More
