I have to say that service i received that day was huge disappointment especially that i had before 4 Audi's in family ...that one would be fifth but... i came to buy the car (confident to buy that one in Queensway dealership) but i was waiting 60 minutes!(sic!) to hear "Hi" (except me there was 3-4 other customers which come and leave because no one paid attention to them from sales. than after that we were put into car(car was outside temp was around 0) for another 30minutes just like that and ignored. However when finally sales rep find time for us, we were promised to get great deal...so we received test drive and than... there was no willing to negotiate car price, trade in (audi) appraisal was just rude(they offred me 1/5 what i received 2 days later for car from other premium brand dealer. Sales rep was in so rush home that he even didnt make a call to finansing department he said that line was busy. Honestly i was so interested in that car that if service would be at list good i would be back modnay and bought car but after tha i would be never able to come back and buy car from them. I made very good deal with all of pleasure and high standards from other premium brand. I would highly suggest to try other audi dealers if someone is truly interested in buying audi or at least other sales rep. More
Terrible customer service No respect for the customer or for the vehicle. Received my car with many scratches and fine lines after they "detailed" my car. I had to go back 14 times since my car had an oil consumption problem which they could not fix. I requested to see my vehicle lifted on the hoist, as the technical walked me into the shop one of the mechanics threw the oil ban onto the ground. They used a grease rag to clean my vehicle which resulted in stains as the sun penetrated the grease into the paint. More

Amelle was very patient- took time to address our every need and answered every question, was very friendly, knowledgable and very accommodating and she took such great care of my husband and I. We very much enjoyed our experience and with the help of Amelle were able to purchase our dream car a brand new Audi Q3!! Very time consuming experience, they also had me waiting around when i would call ahead of time to let them know I was coming in. The sales team are more focused on making their commission as they do not seem aware of the car specs besides the basic features. This dealership seems to operate like a cult, they were constantly telling me how amazing the dealership is and how they strive for excellence meanwhile i was not asking for their motto but was expressing my frustration with the service as they could not get the job done right. Beyond my expectatations After reading the reviews on this website and Yelp, I was a little hesitant in taking my vehicle in for service at Audi Queensway even if it was under After reading the reviews on this website and Yelp, I was a little hesitant in taking my vehicle in for service at Audi Queensway even if it was under warranty but proceeded given its close proximity to work. As a new Audi owner, I am new to prescheduling 2+ weeks in advance for servicing of a vehicle which is one minor gripe but can see its merits. A little preplanning is needed moving forward. Went to the dealership 1 day earlier than scheduled in error. They had attempted to squeeze me in since I was already there but schedule would not permit. +1 for making the effort. On the actual day of service, I was greeted by everyone....whether they worked there or not...I'm not 100% sure but it was a nice welcome nonetheless. An employee (didn't catch the name) greeted and obtained the key for a pre-scan and then proceeded to assign me to Laurie Ferguson (Audi Concierge) who was pleasant to deal with and explained every detail along the way. Arrangements were made to shuttle me off to work and be picked up. The pick up as I required...not the shuttle's was an added bonus. Status reporting was prompt and detailed. After explaining the resolution to the issues I was encountering, they were proactive to advise on a developing issue that would have required a return few weeks later. Since it was at the shop, they recommended the issue be taken care of then and there and offered a car rental to avoid the inconvenience of going back and forth. I am quite pleased by this recent service and although not hoping to see them soon...will look forward to seeing them as required. The service work was all under warranty with no out of pocket expense incurred. The 3 stars would be reflective of what the price would have been if incurred out of pocket. A tad pricey, but excellent service. Audis are complicated technical cars. They are expensive to service. But if you are aware of that fact, Queensway is a good dealership. I found their sales guys to awesome (especially Allistair) and their service guys to be quite reliable and good to work with. Occasionally the service price is a bit high, but that's not their fault, it's because the car needs serious service. They always give me a loaner if I book ahead, and they treat me great. More

My parents and my friends have audis and they all know the story, These guys cannot diagnose simple things, nor do they care, for that matter. They make sure they make their money and they have pretty boys to connect clients with techs, but what's happening to the car - who cares. When you ask for a reasonable refund after paying for the service that hasn't been done, they become extremely rude and they keep going in circles with their silly story that doesn't even make sense. Leave me your email and I'll even send you a recording of our conversation =), it's hilarious. Then they send lies to Audi Canada :) - that they offered the services they haven't. Time to employ lawyers. I bet it's going to look great on their resume :). If you're smart - fine some more knowledgeable mechanics and real experts to take a look at your car and these guys are clueless. More
We dropped by twice. Once on a Wednesday evening and once on a Saturday morning. Both cases we put our name in with the receptionist and waited for 30 min and no one came. A third time we called ahead for a test drive and was told to come in. Again waited for 30 min and not even an acknowledgement that we have been waiting for a long time. We looked into the offices and one of the guys was tapping away on his phone! After we went through all the cars in the showroom and sitting down overhead a couple waiting for their car to be serviced they were complaining about how and the service was I was a bit concerned that even if we bought a car there where I would have it serviced. Drove 25 km to Pfaff Audi and got such good service we test drove and bought a car in a morning. Is business so good there that they don't need to provide customer service? Check out yelp.ca.
