Friendly, efficient, fast Service Arrived for my Service appointment 15 minutes early, their greeters checked my car in and pointed me to Service Reception. Allocated to a Service Repr Arrived for my Service appointment 15 minutes early, their greeters checked my car in and pointed me to Service Reception. Allocated to a Service Representative Fouad Kneider, we discussed the work that would be done on the car. My 2014 Audi Q5 TDI is entitled to two extra free services as a good will gesture - I already had one, Fouad explained that I should pay for this current (smaller) servicve and take the free one on the next one which I will. Also paid for their Winter Clean & Protect Special, received a new Audi Q3 to use as a loaner while they worked on the car. Fouad called around lunchtime, the car was ready so I returned the loaner and picked it up. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and courteous in both official languages. This was a pleasant experience for me and my car now smells and looks great. Thanks Audi Prestige! More

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la méthode de travail de la conseillère Stephanie Milot. Recevoir un compte rendu par écrit du travail effectué par courriel de la part de Mme Milot m'a permis: 1/ savoir ce qui a été fait sur mon véhicule 2/ connaître le moment où je peux récupérer mon auto De plus, elle a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions et me donner des explications qui m'ont permis de corriger une difficulté que j'ai eu avec le déverrouillage des portières de mon véhicule.
