Not even a hello my wife and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon The place had customer but far from busy. First thing. No one said hello to us or acknowledged our presence as we sat in the A4 Then we walked around the lot. Still no one Finally we walked back in and made eye contact with two open sales people. Still nothing !! Guess I shouldn't have worn my old jeans and tshirt Not going back there again. More

But Dan Savvidis, the Sales Manager, set things right and put me into contact with Jaclyn Thomas who provided an outstanding sales experience. In the end we did not chose an Audi as a different car was better suited to our family's needs, but all members of my family would have been more than happy to purchase an automobile from Jaclyn. In short, our experience was so good that I am writing a review although I did not purchase a car from her. Jaclyn is utterly professional and very well informed about her product. If she does not know something, she will not b.s. you; rather, she goes back, gets the information required and relates it in a timely manner. Jayclyn really listens and tries to match your needs with the products she has available, rather than trying to sell you just anything. She takes serious all members of the family and listens to their opinions; we were most impressed with the manner in which she engaged with our young daughter. Jaclyn will be at the top of our list when it comes to purchasing our next car. More

He did a great job of outlining the features of the car and answering any questions I had. When I actually got the car he gave me a decent lesson on driving manual. It's a great car. The only issue I had was that when it came time to finally purchase the vehicle I had to request additional information about the warranty and coverage. This part could have been made more clear. The extended coverage was made clear, but not the basic coverage. More
