Period. He is informative, attentive, courteous, and not pushy at all. IMO he should be teaching other sales people "how to do their job". I think that about sums it up. More

During a Dec 3 tire swap on my 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron, Technician Thomas K improperly installed tires (105T rear, 107T front) and underinflated them to 41.5 PSI instead of 44. He also made disparaging remarks about the brand on my dashcam, saying, "I hate these cars." Manager Campbell Paton dismissed my concerns, and follow-ups to General Manager Matthew Adams went unanswered, with only a generic reply from the Service Manager. This experience has shaken my trust in your dealership. I request an investigation, a written response, and assurance of corrective action. More
