Took our sonata in for electrical diagnosis. We're told we needed a new sensor that would cost around $2000. She dropped the car off for installation two days later and only to find out after she had dropped the car and come home and we got a phone call and when the car was supposed to be ready that the part had never been ordered because we failed to pay for it in advance. She was never told that we were required to pay for the part in advance. Totally frustrating really bad lack of service and very Unapologetic about the whole process definitely not a place I will recommend to anybody. More
