Recently we had some issues with the engine where the car was making strange sounds. I immediately went to the location and asked them for help. After first diagnostic, I was told that the engine indeed had some major issues (and might need replacement). However, they cannot replace it as the engine light was not ON. I was told to leave the car at the location for them to check and see when engine light is produced. This car is my daily driver so I asked for a replacement car to which there was no help at all. I was left with no option but to drive the car around until I get the engine light. A couple of days ago, while on highway, the engine light turned on and car gave a sudden push back. I immediately asked service desk to book an appointment. Despite the urgency of my situation, they replied that I'll still have to wait at least a week before they can run another diagnostic. When I asked the service desk person if Attrell Hyundai will be responsible if the car comes to a complete stop on highway, I was asked to try another location if its that urgent. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and total unprofessionalism displayed by the staff. The amount of inconvenience that I have faced for past couple of weeks has affected me greatly. I will not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle or get it serviced from this location. If any concerning authority from Hyundai is reading this review, please contact me immediately. More

This is most unpleasant unprofessional dealer. Did not offer shuttle. When I asked told needs to be over 3 hours. Was supposed to be 2and Half hour job. Not sure they did my recall. Left so angry. Would like to give them zero star. Worst dealer and customer service I've ever experienced. They don't answer their phone their answer machine tells you to leave a message but their Worst dealer and customer service I've ever experienced. They don't answer their phone their answer machine tells you to leave a message but their Mail box is full and they simply hang up. If you do manage to leave a message they don't respond. On my last visit for a recall, they didn't perform work, didn't bother to call to inform me that they had preportedly completed their inspection and are were supposing ordering the parts for the recall that I scheduled a week earlier (would think they'd be prepared with the parts of the recall). Invoice stated they'll call when parts arrives but since my phone has changed and (after 4 years of repeatedly informing them to revise the number) they refuse to change it on their system, I can't see them ever calling to complete this critical recall repair. Every instance I've dealt with this dealer has been a problem, when I ordered a bolt they ordered a ball joint (waited 7 days to get the wrong part). On my first oil change of my new car they gave me a flat tire, then patched my new tire incorrectly which I had to later purchase a new tire, and then found out that they lost the key to the security lug nuts which had to be broken off, the dealer took no responsibility. This incident of dealers incompetence cost me in excess of $400, this dealer didn't care that they caused this problem and offered no compensation. Called to get an appointment to get some recalls looked after on my Tucson Hyundai and was informed by the service Adviser that they were not doing any more recalls. She informed us that they had reached after on my Tucson Hyundai and was informed by the service Adviser that they were not doing any more recalls. She informed us that they had reached their limit and that i should call a different dealership. Performance Hyundai thanked Attrell for turning down the business. More

Brand new Tucson 1000km broke down on 401 .
